According to different processing methods, the state of aluminum products can be summarized as follows:

Status name:

H Work hardening state

Description:

It is suitable for products whose strength is improved by work hardening. After work hardening, the products may or may not undergo additional heat treatment to reduce the strength.

Status name:

O annealed condition

Description:

It is suitable for processing products with the lowest strength after complete annealing.

Status name:

T heat treatment condition Different from F, O and H states

Description:

It is suitable for products that have been (or have not been) worked and hardened to achieve stability after heat treatment. T code must be followed by one or more Arabic numerals (generally heat-treated reinforced materials).

Status name:

W Solution heat treatment state

Description:

An unstable state, which is only applicable to the alloy that is naturally aged at room temperature after solution heat treatment. The state code only indicates that the product is in the natural aging stage.

Status name:

F Free machining state

Description:

It is suitable for products that have no special requirements for work hardening and heat treatment conditions in the molding process, and the mechanical properties of products in this state are not specified.
