series: more than 99.00% aluminum, good electrical conductivity, good corrosion resistance, good welding performance, low strength, heat treatment can not be strengthened. Application: high purity aluminum (aluminum content 99.9% or more) is mainly used in scientific experiments, chemical industry and special uses.

Series : aluminum alloy with copper as the main compound element. Manganese, magnesium, lead, and bismuth are also added for machinability. For example: 2011 alloy, attention should be paid to safety protection in the process of melting (harmful gas will be generated). 2014 alloy is used in aviation industry with high strength. The 2017 alloy has a lower strength than the 2014 alloy, but it is easier to process. 2014 heat treatment can be strengthened. Disadvantages: severe intergranular corrosion tendency. Application: Aerospace industry (2014 alloy), screws (2011 alloy) and high temperature industries (2017 alloy).

series: aluminum alloy with manganese as the main alloying element, can not be heat treatment strengthening, good corrosion resistance, good welding performance. Good plasticity. (close to super aluminum). Disadvantages: Low strength, but can be enhanced by cold work hardening. Coarse grains are easily produced during annealing. Application: seamless tube (3003 alloy), easy-pull can (3004 alloy) used in aircraft.

series: mainly silicon, not commonly used. Some 4 series alloys can be strengthened by heat treatment, but some 4 series alloys cannot be heat treated.

series: mainly magnesium. Good endurance, good welding performance, good fatigue strength, can not be strengthened by heat treatment, can only improve the strength of cold processing. Application: handle of lawn mower, fuel tank conduit of aircraft, body armor.

series: mainly magnesium and silicon. Mg2Si is the main strengthening phase and the most widely used alloy at present. 6063, 6061 with the most, other 6082, 6160, 6125, 6262, 6060, 6005, 6463. The strength of 6063, 6060 and 6463 is relatively low in series 6. 6262, 6005, 6082, 6061 have higher strength in series 6. Characteristics: medium strength, good corrosion resistance, good welding performance, good process performance (easy to extrude forming) good oxidation coloring performance. Application: energy delivery tools (such as: car luggage rack, door, window, body, radiator, compartment shell)

series: mainly zinc, but sometimes a small amount of magnesium, copper added. Superduralumin alloys containing zinc, lead, magnesium and copper are close to the hardness of steel. Compared with 6 series alloy, extrusion speed is slower and welding performance is better. The 7005 and 7075 are the highest grade of the 7 series and are heat-treatable. Applications: aviation (aircraft bearing components, landing gear), rockets, propellers, aircrafts.

series: aluminum alloy is more commonly used for 8011 belongs to other series, most applications for aluminum foil, aluminum rod production is not commonly used.

Series : Aluminum alloy is a reserve alloy.
