The first step of aluminum alloy production is to cut raw materials, which are cut into wood layers with the same proportion according to the standard size of the template, and the impurities on the surface of the wood layers should be removed, so as to avoid the adverse effects of impurities on the bonding fastness of the adhesive in the later period.
The second step is drying and monotonous treatment. After cutting and rotary cutting, the wood layer contains relatively large moisture. Therefore, the large-scale production of aluminum alloy templates needs to be dried by a dryer and placed naturally for 2-3 days, which can ensure the resistance of the wood layer. In a few cases, sun drying can be selected.
After that, it is glue coating and laminating treatment. A molded building aluminum alloy template is bonded together by glue coating. A glue rolling machine with an door is provided. After the wood plate passes through the glue filling machine, the adhesive layer will be uniformly altered on the front and back sides of the plate. The wood plate coated with the adhesive layer will be placed flat on the surface template of the template, and evenly covered with 6-10 layers.

The aluminum alloy template layer which has been coated and laid is flattened by hot pressing process. The traditional heating method is to transfer boiler water to Reddy for heating, while the modern equipment room uses electric heating. After flattening, the compactness of the aluminum alloy template can be increased, and the molding is more regular, thus improving the application quality of the template. The process of prepressing first and then hot pressing is selected to reduce the probability of dislocation of blank plate to the highest degree, and then hot pressing at reasonable pressure and temperature ensures that each aluminum alloy template has excellent bonding strength and hardness.
After that, finish painting, trimming and packaging the aluminum alloy template. Anti-corrosion paint is an important factor to ensure the service life and storage time of the template, which makes the aluminum alloy template have the advantages of light weight, heavy gravity bearing, easy use in bottles, surface lubrication, anti-corrosion, etc.
