Industry 4.0 is one of the top ten future projects proposed by the German government in “Germany 2020 High-tech Strategy”. It refers to the use of the Cyber—Physical System (CPS) to digitize and intelligentize the information of supply, manufacture and sales in production, and finally to achieve a fast, effective and personalized product supply. Its purpose is to improve the competitiveness of German industry and take the lead in the new round of industrial revolution.

Since it was officially launched at Hannover Messe in April 2013, Industry 4.0 has quickly become another label in Germany and triggered a new round of industrial transformation competition in the world.

Industry 4.0 “project is mainly divided into three major themes:

The first is “intelligent factory”, which focuses on the intelligent production system and process and the realization of networked distributed production facilities;

The second is “intelligent production”, which mainly involves the whole enterprise’s production logistics management, human-computer interaction and the application of 3D technology in the industrial production process. The plan will pay special attention to attracting small and medium-sized enterprises to participate, trying to make small and medium-sized enterprises become users and beneficiaries of the new generation of intelligent production technology, and also become creators and suppliers of advanced industrial production technology;

The third is “intelligent logistics”, which integrates logistics resources mainly through the Internet, Internet of Things and logistics network, and gives full play to the efficiency of the existing suppliers of logistics resources, while the demand side can quickly obtain service matching and logistics support.

Industry 4.0 Alliance.

Qingdao Sino-German “Industry 4.0” Promotion Alliance, which is composed of German “Industry 4.0” research institutions, Chinese related institutes and Chinese and German enterprises, was established in Qingdao West Coast New District, the 11th national economic new district in China on February 9th, becoming the first “Industry 4.0” Alliance in China.

On November 4, 2014, China’s first industrial 4.0 assembly line was unveiled at the 16th china international industry fair.

Aluminum alloy industrial assembly line profiles

This greatly reflects the vital role played by aluminum alloy profiles in helping the infrastructure construction of Industry 4.0. At the same time, the main structure of mechanical equipment and electronic and electrical equipment in the manufacturing industry is also indispensable for aluminum alloy profiles, such as the beams of laser cutting machines, laser printers, woodworking machinery and other equipment.

Zhengzhou Mining Research Metal Materials Co., Ltd. is committed to producing and processing high-precision industrial aluminum alloy profiles, serving global customers, helping industrial progress and promoting global economic development.
